  1. Wet hair thoroughly with lukewarm water
  2. Take a coin-sized amount and massage into the scalp with your fingertips for 30 to 60 seconds. The scalp is where this one does its work

Most of that everyday baal jharna is breakage, fragile strands giving way, and breakage is the part a shampoo can genuinely change.

Sulphate-free from the surfactant up. Most "gentle" shampoos here drop one sulphate and keep another. This has none. The whole cleansing system is Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Glucoside and Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, sitting second, third and fourth in the formula. Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is not Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, despite the names looking nearly identical, it is amino-acid derived and mild. That matters more here than most places, because Pakistani hard water already roughens the cuticle, and a stripping shampoo on top of that makes hair snap where it would otherwise bend.

Biotin and Hydrolyzed Keratin, fifth and sixth in the formula. Not a trace at the bottom of the list next to the fragrance. Biotin supports the keratin structure your hair is built from. Hydrolyzed Keratin is broken down small enough to get inside damaged fibres and reinforce them from within, which is what brings breakage down rather than coating the strand so it merely feels smoother in the shower. Mild enough to use as often as you wash, daily if your scalp runs oily.
