1. Wet hair thoroughly with lukewarm water
2. Take a coin-sized amount and massage into the scalp with your fingertips for 30 to 60 seconds. The scalp is where this one does its work
3. Be gentle. Wet hair is at its weakest, so no rough scrubbing or piling it on top of your head
4. Rinse fully and follow with the Biotin Hair Mask on the mid-lengths and ends
5. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working up

Use: two to three times a week, consistently.
