Wet your face with lukewarm water, not hot
Take a small amount and work it into a lather in your palms first
Massage over the face for around 30 seconds, spending longer on the nose, chin and forehead where oil collects
Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Do not scrub
Follow with your toner, serum and moisturizer while skin is still slightly damp
