1. After shampooing, squeeze the excess water out of your hair
2. Apply through the mid-lengths and ends, and work a little into the scalp so the Caffeine can do its job
3. Comb through gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting at the ends and working upwards
4. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes
5. Rinse thoroughly with cool water

Use: after every wash, or two to three times a week.
