Return & Exchange Policy

At Coverage, we want you to love every product you receive. Each order is packed with care, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help..

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty, leaked, or damaged upon arrival.
In such cases, Coverage Pvt. Ltd. will cover all shipping charges and offer a replacement or refund once verified.

Please share a video while unboxing, along with clear photos and your order receipt, within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Requests made after this time will not be eligible.

Exchange

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

If a product doesn’t suit you, we can offer an exchange instead. You may choose another product of the same value, or pay the difference if the new item costs more.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item and concern are verified.
For all non-damaged cases, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Sample Items

Sample items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in case of change of mind.
If a sample arrives damaged or missing, a replacement will be sent after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
