1. After shampooing, squeeze the excess water out of your hair
2. Apply generously through the mid-lengths and ends. Keep it off the roots, where it is not needed
3. Comb it through with a wide-tooth comb so every strand is coated
4. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, longer if your hair is very dry or damaged
5. Rinse thoroughly with cool water

Use: after every wash, or two to three times a week.
